2. Scope and nature of the Portal
These Terms apply to registration and purchases on the B2B ordering portal available at munkavedelemextra.hu and b2b.munkavedelemextra.hu (Portal).
The Portal is a closed sales interface exclusively for business users. Only businesses, sole traders, institutions, municipalities and other organisations holding a tax number (Partner) may register and purchase. Consumers within Section 8:1(1)(3) of Hungarian Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code may not purchase; consequently the consumer provisions of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26), including the right of withdrawal without cause, do not apply.
Contracts concluded on the Portal are electronic contracts in Hungarian, are not filed, and are subsequently accessible through the order confirmation only.
3. Registration and partner account
Use requires submission and approval of a registration request containing basic company data and a valid tax number. Approval is at the Service Provider’s discretion. Upon approval, login details are emailed and pricing, payment and delivery terms are configured individually.
The Partner must keep login details confidential and remains responsible for orders placed through the account, including misuse, until unauthorised access is reported. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate an account for a serious breach.
4. Prices
Prices shown are net prices excluding VAT; VAT is shown separately on documents. Prices may vary according to the Partner’s individual agreement, discounts or quantity tiers. The price valid when the order is placed applies.
For an obvious pricing error, the Service Provider is not required to supply at the erroneous price. The Partner will be informed promptly and may decide whether to maintain the order at the correct price.
5. Ordering and formation of contract
After login, the Partner may order from the catalogue, size and colour matrix, or quick-order interface using an SKU list or CSV file, and submits the order at checkout. Submission entails a payment obligation. The Service Provider sends an email confirmation with a PDF attachment; the contract is formed by that confirmation. Order details remain available in order history.
Stock information is indicative. If an item is unavailable or partially available, the Service Provider contacts the Partner to agree partial fulfilment, later delivery or cancellation of the affected item.
6. Payment and delivery
Available payment methods (bank transfer, cash on delivery, cash or card on collection) and delivery methods (delivery, collection in Szeged or Budapest, or own transport) are configured per Partner and displayed at checkout. Payment deadlines for bank transfer follow the individual agreement.
The delivery fee forms part of the net total and is displayed before submission. Collection and own transport are free of delivery charges.
7. Warranty
The Service Provider is liable under the Hungarian Civil Code for conformity at delivery. Defects must be reported without delay. Manufacturer warranties may apply under their documentation. PPE protects only when used and stored as instructed by the manufacturer.
8. Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for loss caused by outages beyond its control, incorrect Partner data or misuse of products. Except for intentional harm and harm to life, physical integrity or health, liability is limited to the net value of the affected order.
9. Data processing
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Notice.
10. Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be submitted to [email protected] or +36 62 421 257. The Service Provider investigates and responds. The parties first seek an amicable settlement. Hungarian law governs and the competent Hungarian courts have jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
The Service Provider may amend these Terms unilaterally. The amended version takes effect upon publication and applies to orders placed afterwards.
